Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes

We are now holding Brazilian Jiu JItsu Classes in Kinmel Bay Leisure Centre, the classes are on Thursday evenings at 8pm and are 90mins long. The classes are suitable for beginner's and are excellent for fitness and self defence. Please call for more details and to register for the classes. Steve Jones has been training at the Roger Gracie Academy in Ladbroke Grove London. He is currently a Purple Belt under Nicolas Gregoriades who is a Black Belt from the Roger Gracie Academy. Membership to train is £30 per month and can be purchased through the website shop. You are welcome to come along for a trial class, but do call 07799 532725 to arrange. See you on the mats soon!
