Steve Jones
The founder of LFPT served in 7 RHA and has been
a personal trainer for 6 years. All of my current clients
are long term and have reached great fitness levels
through their training. I strongly believe that training
outside is more enjoyable, offers a wider variety of
workout and gets you fitter. Personal training is a
serious job and needs serious trainers who are dedicated
and physically capable to get results. Our trainers
are highly qualified, and have to pass a fitness test
and adhere to certain training techniques to work for
LFPT.
Stacey
Ralph
Stacey served
in Regents Park Barracks as a class 2 Physical Training
Instructor. He joined 5th Airborne Brigade in 1997 and
was an instructor on the pre-para training course in
ATR Pirbright. He has only recently left the army,
and is now LFPT'S head instructor. He is currently available
for personal training and group sessions. Stacey
helped design the LFPT Intermediate and Advanced Training
Programs.
Tristan Smith
This trainer is definitely the muscle behind LFPT. He
is a keen body builder who can also run at a good pace.
He has worked in gyms in Guernsey, France, and in the
UK. He is experienced in self-defense, and has been
involved in the fitness industry for 8 years. He helped
design the LFPT New To Training Programme, and due to
his high demand he is only currently available at weekends.
