to Training Course
The New To
Training Course is for people who have never trained,
or haven't trained for a long time and would like to
take start off with some light running and circuit training.
This course is controlled and gradually progressive
over the 8 sessions, and gives fantastic results to
those who take part. The next course dates will be published
soon. This course is for a maximum of 8 clients, and
need 2 clients to go ahead. Please call or email for
