Upper
Body and Core Strength Training
This is a great workout and you will be surprised how
little work is needed for big gains. The moulds are
just like the ones found on indoor climbing walls, and
they have 4 different finger grips. The top grip is
for full hand pull ups, the next grip down is four finger
pull ups and so on. You can also perform exercises for
the abs using these grips. We have a booklet of workouts
which seem easy, but be warned these workouts make you
ache! We will look forward to training with you.
The
Rock Rings
L shaped hangs
You
will see great improvement after a couple of training
sessions, even if you can't do a pull up at the moment
we can start the movements assisted. This workout really
improves your core strength, and is especially good
for rock climbing enthusiasts. The moulds are also available
for purchase.
