Training
We mainly take our training sessions outside because
there are a lot more benefits this way, we have seen
faster fitness results as opposed to training clients
in a gym. We are ready to meet you at your chosen time
at home, at the office or in a local Park. We offer
a wide range of services from Boxercise, Weight Loss,
and Self Defence courses. Please go to the Training

Training. We aim to train you in a way that is impossible
by yourself and to make every session you have different,
enjoyable and unexpected with instant progression and
results, no matter what fitness level you are at. Our
personal training is hard work but it pays off.
